If your team is finished with the cater challenge and a new member joins, do they get the rewards?

  No they don't get rewards, they have to be there when the boxes are getting filled for the particular milestone reward!

  Was just reading faq. That rule is not clear. They added a rule that said if you are not filling boxes during a tier you can't win. That was removed because players from around world were penalized when they couldn't play at a certain time. Not clear if chefs can jump in and out and get rewards. You definitely do not win on tournament. For that rules are clear only experience pts earned if join once it's started.
