Rewards for every tournaments

Every tournaments are players who dedicated and devoted themselves to the game, and contribute with highest score trying to complete all 30 task, and filling trucks all they can. I believe these players deserve a reward they work more harder than other players. I think they deserve a reward. Like 10,000 welcome cakes or invisible cakes. I think the Leader of Club must give a reward to those players she/he considere contribute more in every tournament. This would motive other players too or players lowest score.
