Sauce ingredients not working

I have been playing for at least 2 years and this is a new problem. as you know, the best way to get ingredients to make sauces is to cook food. The last week or so, whenever I cook food I’m getting very few ingredients… this weekend I’ve cooked over 2000 dishes and only have 50 or so one hour sauces and 40 or so eight hour sauces… after hours of playing, doing nothing but cook food I only have 10 carrots, salt shakers, etc… I can’t do the challenges that require lots of sauces like catering trucks and on line order machine etc…
