    Once I updated all I got was a black screen. I emailed them this morning and got a response that they are working from 3 am to 11 am EST and that it could take 72 hours or more to hear something

    For me also. Greetings from the Netherlands. Updated my game. Screen black. Removed game and then downloaded it back. But still black screen. Grrrr

    My iPad is ok after updating but my iPhone is still black screen. I send also message and also get a respond opening hours and respond within 72 hours.

    I just submitted ticket for same issue. I’m afraid to update on tablet but not sure f it’s only affecting Apple or androids too

    Same issue here and it is only on my I phone i downloaded it to my android and that works but cant remember my login for that game
