Lost game
I can not open my real cafe (lvl 160) it was connected my fb. I switched accounts from other cafe and now I can’t access my lvl 160. What can I do? HELP!

I bought a new phone and now my game and all my progress is gone. I opened a ticket however got a pretty generic reply probably not a human. I won"t be playing any longer since I am not getting any help from anyone on retreiving my old account. I really enjoyed the game and spent money on it. If I cannot get someone to help me I see no point in being involved with it.
