Truck Load Changes Within Countdown

Recently my team and I have been experiencing a sudden change of truck load within the trucks countdown time. Like: You are tasked to fill a box with 8k+ of food in the fish category and 7k+ of food in the meat category but when you come back in the game after an hour or two, you are stuck with an entirely different set of foods to cook and it’s like you haven’t filled any box yet when you already have. Is this the new normal or not?

    We are getting the same thing in our group.  Do you know if anyone has reported this problem to the Cafedesk?

    My team has the same issue. I made a support ticket yesterday, but haven’t heard back from them yet.

    I also created a support ticket for this issue yesterday. I started experiencing this issue 5 days ago and since the issue wasn’t being experienced yet by other players I didn’t bother creating a ticket since it seemed to be an isolated case and I wasn’t really bothered by it, but yesterday a lot more players started experiencing it as well so I sent a ticket.

    This happened to me during the last tournament, every 2 hours on the dot the food requirement completely changed but the countdown timer did not reset.I did put a ticket in and the reply was that is was a known issue and they were working on a solution. After the tournament my truck went back to normal but today I was dismayed to find with the start of the tournament the problem has returned only it's got worse, it now changes after around an hour and a half.

    Same me and my team mates are also facing it ! It doesn't reset the timer, food is lost , time to cook a dish gets wasted and it doesn't even count extra boxes! Like I was waiting to fill two boxes and when the truck changed even though I filled 6 boxes , it counted only two which was remaining in the previous truck that I was doing! :(

    We have had the same issue and I sent a ticket and they did respond and told my group that it would be fixed when we do the next update

    I did a bit of trial and error on the truck boxes and based on the result of the experiment I did, something from the bonus boxes is causing this sudden change of truck load. If you fill all the bonus boxes before completing the regular ones, it will cause the truck load to change. To avoid this sudden change of truck load I recommend leaving at least one bonus box unfilled when you are still cooking the rest of the food that is needed. I have been leaving the Rainbow Cake for last since a week ago and haven’t encountered any issue. If you are going to request for help with a bonus box you can’t complete alone, you can go ahead and do so but only claim it when you are minutes away from completing the entire truck load.

    Just to be on the safe side, I recommend stacking on one food per category so that you have a large amount of food at your disposal for boxes that don’t require any specific food.
