CL cards

Hi CAFELAND COMMUNITY,

I'm new to this game, my name is Karen my cafe is  K's Kafe at level 18.

Can you tell me how do I collect the CL cards (or tickets, not sure what they're called). and why when I pay with coins for fun items, I get them in a box and how do I get to use the items?
