Support is a total Disgrace!!
I contacted the support through mail and support tickets more than 5 times in the last 15 days.
All i am asking is to delete my progress in the game and start from level 1 cause i made some serious mistakes and i want to start over and use the knowledge and experience that i got.
Not only the support is not doing this for me(since i searched it up on the internet and contacting them is the only way to delete your cafe) but also they are not even responding to me.Again,after 5 attempts to contact them.I got 0 answers..ZERO..It is mentioned to wait about 72 hours or more,not 72 days or months.That is fucking ridiculous.
So i just erased the game totally and stopped trying to communicate with such an unprofessional support.
Good luck to the rest of the community with this lame support.

I'm a senior and been playing for years, I have a hard time with the support tickets. I understand I may be at fault but it's very confusing never the less. Someone told me if you contact again it cancels your question, so how do I undo it ? Tech challenged here people. Thanks for letting me vent.
