Those special green colored cards

So, I am getting very annoyed by the fact that it's basically next to impossible to find the green coloured cards. For some reason the allow you to find every other colour but the green ones and then all of the tasks asked of you, involve having at least 8 green cards. I currently have 0. Please tell me how the hell I can fix this because purchasing them isn't even possible either apparently
