HELP!!!

My phone has the black/blank screen of death (I have a fairly new Samsung, so I'm pretty mad) I'm going to go this week to probably get a new phone. Which means that I will lose ALLLLLLLLL of my progress in my Cafe. I've been playing for well over 8 months now. Is there any way to keep what I have with no access to the phone I have now? Or, will I unfortunately have to restart all over again.
