Serving Counters

Hello, I've noticed that as you advance levels in the game that you earn serving counters less frequently. Usually they are earned at every 9th interval but now I see they earned every 20 levels, such as level 169 then again at level 189. As a frequent, high level player, it would be helpful to earn them sooner and just as easily as the stoves. It would also be a pretty cool new feature to "Earn" the right to have more stoves and counter spaces than at the regular rate. Thanks!
