Half walls and walkable archways

I have two suggestions. The first is for halfwalls that can be used for players who want an outdoor section in their cafe. That way it can look fully outdoor. My second suggestion is that I noticed the NPC patrons can't walk through archways. That seems strange. Is there a way to fix that?
