Chiara, I put in a second help support ticket for the issues. No access to Club. Member messages disappeared. No access to tournament. Not Resolved at this time.

One more issue just happen. I went back in to the game and the Club Icon came back. But it wants me to join a club now it's like it lost all my information.

Deb. Try putting in a ticket and see if that helps maybe the more people that know the fact that they will fix the problem.
