The time zone difference has nothing to do with the scoring all those points so quickly. I have players on my team from other countries and that's not why. THERE ARE CHEATERS !!!!!!

Yes it is normal. It"s the same as closing your cafe (logging off) and you will not get any customers until you sign back in.
