I posted about this in the feature section. I totally agree it's a mess and not fair to the players. People don't want to work hard now because they miss out on some due to time zones etc.

When you contribute shouldn't matter your a team. If I do 200 but not until the rest of the team have unlocked the first two prizes I might lead in contributions but only get one prize, how is that...
