We had a non-active club leader as well.  We have two moderators, myself and another, both active.  Luckily for us, our club leader did return and gave the club leader title to the other moderator....

I believe your club leader can change/remove moderators.

I would really like to see a mastery filter as well.  I never use the lock button.

Block access to your counters.  If you put decorations, stoves, whatever in front of the counters, so that the counters are blocked, the customers will receive their food directly from the cashier....
