Crowns are not counting towards Club Challenge

If your club has reached the final goal of 50,000 Crowns, your personal progress in the challenge will stop, and your point count will no longer increase. However, you can still collect the first 200 points needed to unlock the "Claim" button and access the main rewards screen. Just continue doing actions that provide Crowns until you see the "Claim" button on the Challenge screen.
