Comment Collector is not collecting all comments

Only the green and red bubbles on customers are comments that need to be collected for game event tasks.

The white bubbles with three dots are information bubbles. They don’t count as comments and won’t disappear even if you tap on them, unlike the red and green bubbles.

Please note that the Comment Collector will not collect or remove the white information bubbles.
