If you encounter this issue, please fully close the game app and reopen it. Doing so will immediately resolve the problem, allowing you to complete the task.
How to Fully Close an App on Android

Open the Recent Apps Menu:
- On most Android devices, swipe up from the bottom of the screen or tap the square button (depending on your device's navigation settings) to open the recent apps menu.

Find the App You Want to Close:
- Scroll through the list of recently used apps to find the one you want to close.

Swipe the App Off the Screen:
- To force close the app, swipe it left or right (depending on your device). This will remove the app from the recent apps list and stop it from running in the background.

Alternatively, Use the App Info Screen:
- Go to Settings > Apps (or Apps & notifications).
- Find and select the app that you want to close.
- Tap on Force Stop to completely stop the app from running.
How to Force Close an App on iPhone or iPad

Access the App Switcher:
- For iPhones with Face ID (no Home button): Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen.
- For iPhones with a Home button: Double-click the Home button to bring up the App Switcher.

Find the App You Want to Close:
- In the App Switcher, you'll see all your recently used apps as cards. Scroll horizontally to find the app you want to force close.

Swipe the App Off the Screen:
- To force close the app, swipe the app's preview card up and off the screen. This will completely close the app.

Return to the Home Screen:
- Once you've closed the app, swipe up (on Face ID devices) or press the Home button (on devices with a Home button) to return to the Home screen.
