If your game connection was established through Facebook, Apple Sign, or Google Play prior to the loss or removal of the game, you can reestablish the connection and retrieve your previous cafe by using the "Switch" button within the "Settings" menu in the game.

Please ensure you are signed in with the correct account that your game is connected to on the respective apps (Google Play Store, App Store) on your device when connecting and switching accounts. For Facebook, make sure you are also signed in on your device's default web browser (Safari, Chrome, Mozilla, etc.) before connecting.
If these options don't work and you've made a previous in-app purchase via Google Play, please provide your GPA number from the Google Play receipt. This is the only way we can track and restore your game data.
