Ensure the Google account is correctly logged into the device:
- On Android: Settings > Accounts > Add Account > Google.
Ensure the game has the necessary permissions to access the Google account:
- Go to Settings > Apps > Cafeland > Permissions.
- Enable permissions for accessing Google or account data.
If there's an issue with authorization, reauthorize the game:
- Open Google Account Settings via a web browser.
- Navigate to Security > Third-party apps with account access.
- Find the game and revoke its access.
- Reopen the game and attempt to log in again. It will prompt for reauthorization.
Ensure Google Play Games and Google Play Services are updated:
- Open Google Play Store and search for these apps to check for updates.
- If they’re not working, restart the device and try again.
If the issue persists, try another login method (e.g., Facebook or Apple ID) if supported and link the account to Google later when the issue is resolved.
