No Customers / Customers are leaving

This issue could be happening due to several reasons:

• Blocked Entrance – Ensure that the café door is not blocked by decorations, furniture, or other items, as customers need a clear path to enter.

• No Available Seats – Customers require tables and chairs to sit and order. Make sure there are enough and that customers can reach them easily.

• No Access to Counters – Customers must be able to reach the counters. Ensure they have a clear path to do so.

• No Available Food – If all counters are empty, customers won’t have anything to order and may leave immediately after entering.

• Your Cafe is Closed – An OPEN/CLOSE button is located under your profile, make sure your cafe's status is OPEN.
