Short answer: The new IOS system update uses most of the RAM of the device and this leaves other apps with a little to no RAM to operate. Therefore your device cannot run Cafeland smoothly.
Long answer: The game is updated regularly, and as you may already know, every update adds something to the game; be it new features, bug fixes or new items. That said, it is natural for low-end devices to become unable to run the game at some point, even if they were able to run it before the update.
Currently this issue is most visible on iPhone 6 and iPad Air 1 and devices lower than them.
We regret to inform you that after the latest IOS system update (12.4.2 and higher) iPhone 6, iPad Air 1 and other devices lower than them are now considered low-end because the new IOS system update uses most of the RAM of the device and this leaves other apps with a little to no RAM to operate.
If your device is one of such then it is possible your device might not run the game anymore.
This can be further explained and simplified by using, let's say cupcakes. Let's imagine your device has 10 cupcakes. Your system needs them to work, your apps need them to work. Everything in your device needs cupcakes to work. Your system used to need 5 cupcakes to work before your system update. And remember, the operating system always comes first. The rest was used by other apps. Cafeland needed 3 cupcakes to work and it ran smooth as butter.
Now your operating system needs 8 cupcakes to work but Cafeland still needs 3 cupcakes to work. But it doesn't add up because you have 10 cupcakes! This 'not adding up' causes Cafeland to not run smoothly and even causes crashing.
Some apps might still be able to run smoothly after your system update; however, Cafeland World Kitchen is a big game and thus might need more RAM to operate than other apps or games. Still, it's always a good idea to close all apps while playing to improve performance of the game.
Please let us kindly remind you that we are always working on performance issues like this and regularly send fixes to prevent them, but sadly we cannot guarantee that your device will be able to run the game again in the future.
You can always move your current progress to a better device with a higher operating system if you were connected to Facebook, Google Play or Game Center. Please remember to use Facebook if you wish to move your game from an Android device to an IOS device (or vice versa) because a Google Play account is not compatible with a Game Center one (even if they have the same e-mail).

Since I have updated my phone and your game, still unable to open the game, which of the less expensive android devices could you suggest? I was prepared to purchase a new device, for gaming only, as my iPhone works perfectly well as a phone. Many thanks for your time and response.
Im using honor 10. Can open the game smoothly. I think the price of this phone drop already. 4GB RAM and 128gb storage.
I think 2gb ram is the min to have to play this game. So maybe you can find phone with 2gb ram also.
Did you install from apk in chrome ??and if you install from apk then delete cafeland and install again and you'll see that your account is banned but if you didn't install from apk then I don't know
