GPA number is the number on the receipt you receive from Google Play when you make a purchase. It starts with GPA. and countinues with numbers in this format: GPA.xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx.
From time to time, support agents may request this number to check up on a purchase to see if it's added to your game or not, to try and find your lost cafe to see if it's retrievable and so on. These are of course, all done upon request.
In order for a GPA number to be usable by our support agents, it needs to be done inside Cafeland World Kitchen game and needs to be done within the previous year. Purchases done in other games cannot help us find your lost cafe, neither the ones made after your cafe is lost.
