If you experience a bug or a problem with your game, Support Agents will often ask you your Player ID to be able to further help you. But what is this Player ID and why is it so important? How will you find? This article aims to cover the answers to all the questions you may have.
Let's begin.
Player ID is the most important information regarding your game. It is unique and lets Support Agents help you out faster and more efficiently. Support Agents can examine your game data and logs using your Player ID to check and see if there are any abnormalities. Developers also use this ID to access your game data and examine it to find solutions to your problems.
How to find Player ID:
You can find your Player ID two ways. First is through the Settings menu of your game. Click on Settings to bring out the popup in the screenshot. On the bottom-right of the popup, you will see your Player ID, which will in this format: 2xxxxxxxxx - consisting of 10 digits.
This is the Player ID of a random game. Yours will not be the same as this, nor will it be the same with anyone else's. A Player ID is unique to the player.
Second way can be used when you cannot enter the game but when your Player ID is visible. On the loading screen, simply check to see the bottom-left side of the screen if there is a number in this format: 2xxxxxxxxx - consisting of 10 digits.
This is the Player ID of a random game. Yours will not be the same as this, nor will it be the same with anyone else's. A Player ID is unique to the player.
Your Player ID is very important.
So, please always keep your Player ID to yourself and don't share it with anyone except the Support Agents. Player ID is a unique number and therefore no other player can know your ID unless you tell them. Please only share your Player ID over here on Zendesk only when a Support Agent asks you to provide it in a private conversation.
Please DO NOT SHARE your Player ID on the ingame Cafe Club chat, on Zendesk forums, on your Google Play store or App store reviews, on your social media profile, on a public or a private social media group or anywhere other than a private message between you and one of our Support agents.

During this hard Worldwide pandemic this game has become a source of relief and communication. Our team advises and consoles each other as well as bringing a few his of laughter at times. However we are upset at how our team was doted by a glitch! From 3rd to 8th! And our tasks and points gone. I personally won't spend money on this if it is going to be this way.
Not doted. Demoted
