With the update 2.1.38, players now receive 1 big reward from each of their club members who complete any 10 tasks, instead of 1 small one for each completed task. This can be a little confusing so here's an explanation:
In order for you to receive the big reward, a member has to complete any 10 tasks. If they complete 9 tasks you can't get a reward.
If for example a member completes 20 tasks, you still get 1 reward (the big reward). There's only one big reward that can be received. It contains all the rewards that could come from the tasks.
If you have 30 members in your club and if they all complete their 30 tasks, you will receive 29 big rewards - one from each. The reason why you receive 29 rewards and not 30 is that you won't be able to send yourself a reward.
