Cafeland World Kitchen (mobile) and the Cafeland (web) you used to play on Facebook are two different games. This means actually this is the first time you are playing this game and every new game starts from level 1!
Even though the two games look similar in terms of gameplay and graphics, once you've started to play you'll see the differences between the two games. And since they are different games, it's technically not possible to move your Facebook game here.
Cafeland (web) and Cafeland World Kitchen (mobile) are not switchable.
