Sticker Packs contain Party Stickers which are used to level up parties. You can win them from various sources such as the Spin and parties themselves or as a bonus reward from other features.
There are 2 types of Sticker Packs: Green and Purple
The Green Sticker Packs are the more common ones. You will receive one Green Sticker Pack after every party you throw and complete.
You can also get them from other sources like the Spin. However, you can't purchase them with any type of game currency.
To open a sticker pack you need to tap on its button on the Party popup. If you have sticker packs from a certain type, you will see a small number on the top corner of its button, showing how many stickers you have from that type.
The green packs are the standard ones which provide random stickers. This pack may contain duplicates, but you'll earn a reward like a sauce or voucher or even cash if it's a duplicate sticker; so there's no losing!
The Purple Sticker Packs guarantee you a new party sticker 100% of the time, ensuring that you receive one you don't already possess. These packs can be obtained through in-game activities or purchased for 50 cash. They are less common compared to the Green Sticker Packs.
When you collect all four parts of the same color of stickers for a party, you'll level it up!

What is the highest level for the party?
I think its 20
Your game is glitching. I been getting tons of stickers match8ng for each party and it never levels up. Please fix game
