Why can't I watch any ads?

This happens usually due to one of the cases below.

- Insufficient device

Ads have been deactivated for devices with 3 GB RAM or less and for ALL Motorola devices. 

Allowing ads to run on such devices has resulted in numerous game crashes. To enhance game performance for these devices, it became necessary to disable the ads.

To view advertisements within the game, it is necessary to transition to a device equipped with higher RAM capacity. 

Please note that RAM is not memory (storage). RAM helps your device run smoothly in the moment while memory (storage) determines how much you can save on your device over time.

- EU Region only

You have chosen not to grant consent for the usage of personal data when encountering the popup requesting such authorization.

This implementation aligns with recent adjustments by Google to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) within European Union zone countries. If consent is withheld for the utilization of personal data, Google will abstain from displaying ads in the game, as many companies utilizing Google Ads seek to target specific audiences.

However, certain providers may not have adjusted their ad settings or may choose to display ads to users who opt not to share their data for personalized advertisements. In such instances, when Google includes ads of this nature in their pool for your local area, occasional ads may still be visible in the game. 

To change this and see ads daily everywhere they are offered please go to Settings > Support and tap the button to "Manage Ad Settings". 

This will reset your data sharing settings, this way you will see the popup to consent again and this time you can give consent to share your data to see ads in the game.

- No ads left

Getting free energy through ads does only work when the ad provider has ads for you ready in their server. 

Since there are more ads offered in the game now, your server can run out of available ads for you. When this happens you won't be able to use the bonus ad feature until there are new ads offered.
