If you are using a device with 4 GB RAM and more which is NOT a Motorola device and you are located in the EU Region this could fix your issue with not seeing ads:
You have chosen not to grant consent for the usage of personal data when encountering the popup requesting such authorization.
This implementation aligns with recent adjustments by Google to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) within European Union zone countries. If consent is withheld for the utilization of personal data, Google will abstain from displaying ads in the game, as many companies utilizing Google Ads seek to target specific audiences.
However, certain providers may not have adjusted their ad settings or may choose to display ads to users who opt not to share their data for personalized advertisements. In such instances, when Google includes ads of this nature in their pool for your local area, occasional ads may still be visible in the game.
To change this and see ads daily everywhere they are offered please go to Settings > Support and tap the button to "Manage Ad Settings".
This will reset your data sharing settings, this way you will see the popup to consent again and this time you can give consent to share your data to see ads in the game.
