When reaching out, make sure to include a screenshot of your invoice or order receipt from Apple or Google Play.
The receipt must clearly show the following details:
- The name of the app the purchase was made for.
- The date of the purchase.
- For Android users, the GPA number associated with the transaction.

- Apple users should be able to locate information about their purchases here Apple Billing & Subscriptions
