I bought the Golden Ticket but did not receive the credits

The credit amounts displayed on the Golden Ticket purchasing screen represent the rewards you can earn as you progress through the Tiers with the Golden Ticket.

Just like the other rewards you unlock and claim on the Golden Ticket screen, the credits (such as cash, sauces, etc.) are also claimed as you level up through the Tiers. They are not added to your account immediately upon purchase.
